Brandon is the Owner of Crossett Property Management, Crossett Hospitality Group, LLC, and Crossett Realty, LLC.  He is also a Partner with LTC Strategic Solutions, LLC.  He owns 12 rental properties in Syracuse and Auburn. 

 

As an alumni of the Madden School of Business at Le Moyne College, Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management and a dual minor in Economics and Biology. 

 

In addition to his real estate portfolio, Brandon also has a well-established career in the healthcare field.  He has served as the Senior Director of Long-Term Care for Guthrie Cortland Medical Center and Vice President of the Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at the Mohawk Valley Health System in Utica. Prior to that, he managed care for over 900 beds as Assistant Administrator with Loretto.

 

Brandon enlisted in the Air Force Reserves in 2013 and deployed to the Middle East in 2016-2017 in support of the Global War on Terrorism.  He is proud to be a veteran; although, the only “cool war story” he has is living through the hottest day ever recorded in the history of temperatures. 

 

With strong community values, Brandon’s accomplishments also include his role as the President of the Board of Directors at LAUNCH CNY, Capital District Chapter Board Member of the Stand Up and Play Foundation, Board Member for Cayuga County Habitat, and Board Member of the Everyday Warriors in Albany.  Brandon was featured in the 2021 Central New York Business Journal 40 under 40.
